Shipments

When an order has been manufactured, packages are generally dispatched upon confirmation of receipt of payment (if not previously paid by the Customer) and shipped via TNT, FedEx, DHL, EMS or, in the case of larger orders, sea freight.  If you prefer to use a certain shipping method, please contact Banjusap to discuss the most appropriate options for your order. 

It is in Banjusap’s best interest to find customers the best shipping rates available on a daily basis.  Banjusap does not add handling charges to any order.  What Banjusap pays for shipping is what the Customer will pay for shipping.  For this, we ask that you allow us to finish production, package your order as economically as possible, and then  calculate the best freight rates to your location that accommodate your specific shipping preferences.  In general, the larger the order equates to a better shipping rate per item.  Please remember that Banjusap’s production facility is located in Thailand.  Banjusap has discounted shipping rates with TNT Express and FedEx, but will always check with competing suppliers to make sure we have the lowest shipping costs for our customers.

Banjusap produces only the finest of handmade paper crafts and adheres to the highest quality standards on every order.  Quality is internalized into every process of our organization and we strive to exceed our customers’ expectations.  Banjusap employees have the responsibility and authority to shut down processes that are not producing high-quality products.  To this day, Banjusap has yet to receive any complaints on the quality of our products and service.
