Mulberry paper is made by hand with a process that has changed little in 1000 years. The mulberry tree is farmed specifically for the production of craft papers. Once the bark has been stripped and processed into paper, unlike most trees, the mulberry tree will regenerate another layer of bark which can be harvested again in about 12 months making it a renewable natural resource that will not harm or deplete the environment. |

Banjusap personnel are trained crafts people who work in a safe, clean environment and paid above average wages with benefits. The Paper Flower Factory, is located in the village of Nonghoi which allows the girls to work close to home and avoid the less desirable jobs of the city. We would like to think that our presence contributes to the local economy. Customers are welcome to visit our shop to see how paper flowers are made. |

Located in Chiang Mai, Thailand, Banjusap Paper Flower Factory employs 35+ local Thai ladies (and a couple of guys) who help us produce a wide range of eco-friendly, handmade mulberry paper flowers, leaves and an assortment of meticulously packaged paper crafting kits and accessories for export worldwide. All products are available in OEM and Private Label packaging and our popular house brand; “Irene’s” eco-friendly paper crafting products. |
